Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and fulfilled through our third-party logistics partner. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
- Standard Shipping — R100.00 (FREE on orders over R1000)
- Express Shipping — R150.00
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days for standard; 1–3 business days for express (times may vary by location).
International Shipping
We ship internationally at a flat rate of R330.00regardless of order size, to destinations worldwide including the UAE, Australia, Canada, UK, USA, most of Europe, and many more countries across Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and beyond. International (Rest of World) orders include a tracking number.
Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
